Was invites to view the new phone selections. Went in and was convinced to purchase a new phone to replace my IPhone 8. Had some difficulty making my watch and phone communicate. Abidan came to my rescue and solved my problem. He was not the one that sold me my phone, but all personal are always there to help. Love this carrier and this location. Have been a user since they were Nebraska Cellular many years ago.

The guys at the US Cellular store on 27th and Cornhusker in Lincoln are the nicest ever. I've been going to that store for years and they are always polite and helpful. I've also been with US Cellular for 20 yrs. for me there is no other cellular company to be with.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service I have been calling now for over 2 hours and NO ONE WILL answer. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!\ That was my initial assessment of this store however once I actually was able to talk to someone they were extremely helpful. I went into the store later that day to upgrade my phone and the lady was very knowledgeable. So I suggest to anyone to actually go to the store and not wait on them to answer the phone if you want anything done but hey at least they do it right. Moving from 1 star to 3
