We stopped in at our local Verizon store. My wife and I both had fairly new phones that weren’t working properly. A very nice female worker helped us right away her name was Katie. Katie was unable to help with the problem we had and suggested we contact support. I told her I’ve called support several times and they’ve had me do everything you could imagine to fix the issue with our phones. So I really wasn’t wanting to go through support anymore. I asked Katie if there were any deals out there that might help us. Katie checked the offers and came up with one we thought we could live with. Katie got our new phones up and going in no time. Katie was very professional and very friendly. I was pretty upset when we stopped in but was determined not to take it out on Katie. Katie is a very good representative of Verizon and she did a great job taking care of me and my wife. Thanks again Katie you are the best.

Recently my phone broke and had to get a new one. Had issues trying to get set up correctly. Called the store and Heather said come on in and we will get corrected. And boy did she get it corrected! Couldn’t have asked for better service, understanding and knowledge. If you use Verizon stop in amd see Heather and her staff! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much.

Katie was wonderful. I could not remember my password ro my phone. She had to do a factory reset & then made sure everything was back into my phone. She's one of the better ones.

I stop in this store all the time whether it's to make a payment or get some assistance with my phone. I recently upgraded and their prices are very fair. Ryan got me a great deal on a charger and case and was able to lower my monthly payment on top of that.
