Absolutely worthless store. I have tried twice now to get help at this store. I was told by a Verizon in another town to go specifically to this store. They would not help with a transfer of service even though I had an appointment. Made me call a 1-800 number and deal with someone working remotely. I sat in my car in 11* weather speaking to someone on the phone - which I could have done from home. Thank you for doing the absolute least.

Haha that's funny I walked up to locked doors. Wonder if that's against fire code to lock employees inside a building. Do they all have a key to get out??? Bad business Verizon how bout a closed sign that also adds we don't answer the phone to take appointment either. Thanks for nothing.
There is absolutely no reason these stores should be closed during the weekend. Seriously the only day many people can make it. Tmobile is sounding pretty good.
Good social distancing policies. Inconvenient but I am thankful for it. Keep up the good work guys!
Not allowing people in the store to physically look at phones when they need to upgrade is pretty silly.
