Excellent experience here thus far. After one year, the office/maintenance staff have been incredibly friendly, amenities and landscaping are well maintained, and there's a real sense of community. Great complex.
This is the best place EVER to live. The staff is so friendly and remembers everyone by name (including pets). They make you feel so welcome and at home. Other residents are very friendly and welcoming. It’s very clean and they are always very quick to respond if I am in need of anything. I LOVE IT HERE. There is no place like it in Lincoln. ️
I really enjoyed living here. The front office staff was fantastic and the maintenance staff was always super considerate of our privacy and responded as soon as we needed them every time. The building is really nice, the gym is fantastic, we used the clubhouse multiple times and the pool is super nice too. I would highly recommend staying here.
So we just moved in, but the wife and I are so happy with this place I figured I should review while I remember lol. So the inside of the apartment is amazing. We just moved here from L.A. and had been looking at condos there, Vegas and Phoenix before Covid, ultimately making us decide to rent a bit longer before buying anything. While this place is high priced for location (in the u.s.) imo the amenities can’t be matched. The technology in the place is awesome and everything feels high quality. It’s easy to forget you’re in an apartment for sure. We actually stayed with a friend who owns a 2 bedroom condo in the Waldorf on the strip in Vegas. This is nicer then that, he paid 2.4 million for his. So yes, the rent is reasonable lol. Worth a look if you’re in the market. We haven’t used the pool or gym but they look nice. We have a hard time wanting to leave our apartment *ill update before our lease is up, but so far I’d recommend everything about this place, also get the underground parking! Super convenient.
