Moved in to these apartments July 2019 and so far it’s been a disaster. There is holes in the walls, mold, spots on the carpet, wall plug ins don’t all work, nothing was clean and the water heater was leaking carbon monoxide (which we only discovered because we weren’t getting hot water and called someone to come look at it. Had to ask for a carbon monoxide detector.) The manager is next to impossible to get a hold of. Over all I would not recommend moving here and I am currently trying to find a way to break our lease without being charged a fee.
