I bought a car from them almost 2 yeasts ago this June. Mind you it’s my very first car purchase as an adult. And the sales guy was great. Unfortunately I was lied to about being able to refinance my vehicle.. they said a year to a year in a half I could refinance ... that is not the case I have so much negative Equity that no one wants to carry over. I can’t even trade in my car because I owe more than the car is worth. And on top of all of that my check engine light came on a day later and they told me I’d have to speak with the guy that does their warranty work. Since I bought it .. went over there and the guy tells me I’m not covered at all and the part is 250 sum dollars plus labor. Every time something goes wrong nothing is ever covered. I can’t wait to get out of this vehicle and get in something nice and reliable.!

although they got me a car, quick and easy. customer service was great in store. a man had come in during my visit very upset with a car they had sold him, so they did their best to play it off like they didn’t sell him junk. i buy my car, not even one week into having it the brakes go out. ok, they fix it. very nice. the next week, my head light, then the next week, my windows won’t roll down, then the next week my transmission starts giving out. within one month of having this vehicle it has done me no good. i’m not sure if they do not do full inspections on these vehicles, or if they do what they can so the cars will pass the test but this ain’t it! and also! the way they carried themselves via text messages to my phone was EXTREMELY unprofessional. good luck to anyone who works with them, i hope you have a better experience!
