Great service, very fast and professional. They didn't have the part I needed but got it in 24hours. They made sure that the exact part was ordered, checking serial numbers etc. When I need a part in future I know where I'm going!

Not happy with this company. They sent me the wrong parts then when i sent them back they wouldnt process a full refund. They didnt even fully cover the cost of posting the parts back. I rang in and emailed a few times but still didnt get full refund. Wont be using these lot ever again. There explanantion is that the part had grease on it... The mecanic realised it was the wrong part after trying to fit it. How is that my fault? I was charged for labour and my car wasnt even fixed. Then these guys cant even refund me cos its got grease on it. what a joke
Just received my Alternator ordered it on the 12th of March and received it today and I am in New Zealand! Thank you to your team for all the help. Will surely be buying off you now :):)
Excellent service and great prices too. Ordered a part at 1.45pm on Wednesday and had the part in my hand by 10am Thursday morning.
