This was our first time at a Jellystone Park and I was excited to finally get a chance to try it out. We were 6 families and rented 6 cabins from the luxury model to the cozy cabin model. Check in was easy with some paperwork to fill out. Upon arrival we were notified that the cable was not working and that the arcade was closed. We arrived around 1:45 and were told to return at 3 for official check in time which was fine. We had reserved golf carts which was a nice way to roam around. They definitely need to get some additional golf carts because they sold out within 2 hours of check in on Friday for the entire weekend. The cabin themselves are all brand new which was great. The floors are covered in sand no matter what you try to do which can be annoying but then again we are camping! The mattress coverings are a bit worn and could be replaced on some of the beds. There were some activities lined up which were nice but the indoor activities were not social distanced and masks were not required The staff is friendly but a few employees need a class in customer service. Bri at check in was the friendliest and had a great personality. Front desk/store should always have 2 staff members as it is servicing two different areas. They have a good selection of items and food to get if you forget anything. Fire ring is provided for each cabin along with a picnic table. Overall it was a nice place but a lot of things were not functioning, not available or closed which was a bit of a bummer. Slaughter beach is 10 minutes away which was nice for a change of scenery. Great place for kids and family to get together.

Cancelled our summer vacation due to COVID but I still wanted to take my children somewhere not too far before school started. The Jellystone park near the Delaware Beaches was a good choice. Only a 3 hour drive from PA. The Cabin was clean, the staff was friendly, the activities were great and it was only 8 min away from the beach. Only stayed the weekend but it was nice, affordable and fun. The children loved it and we will be back again to stay longer. Slaughter beach was 8 min away from the camp ground. A Nice Secluded beach with a lot of rocks. “The flies there bite!” But we collected some beautiful rocks. Rehoboth beach is 25 min away and absolutely beautiful there. The cleanest sand I’ve ever seen! The waters were pretty rough but it was still a beautiful sight to see. Loved the trip and will be back for a longer stay soon.

Campsite has plenty space but they only allow one vehicle per site. If you have more then one vehicles, prepare to get a phone call from a unfriendly staff member telling you to move the second vehicle. The check in process, you have to refill out the paperwork. Even though you filled it out on the internet. If you bring extra car that is 15 per pass and then you have to park in overflow section by the maintenance area. Plenty young people driving golf carts around going as fast as they could. The staff at check in is rude and don't really have a warm friendly personality at all. We stayed during labor day weekend and saw no activities except hay wagon ride at night. None of the characters came out of hibernation to greet the kids. The only good thing is the campground is close to the outlets. Bring extra long water hose and extra blocks for the trailer. Sites are not to level. Weather was perfect and fellow campers was great

If I could give them more than 5, I would! The campground was immaculate. Garbage pick up (campsite side) was perfect. Staff were friendly and courteous and helpful! Check in and out was a breeze. My husband and I were surprised at all the activities they had for the children camping. We throughly enjoyed our stay and we will camp at Jellystone Milford again next season! Thank you all for a wonderful, stress free and enjoyable stay!

An awesome campground! Sites were beautifully maintained with concrete patios and tables. Many fun activities for kids. The grounds are all maintained and beautifully decorated. We will be back next season and will visit other locations too.

We stayed in Lincoln, DE and it was nice! Definitely can't wait for there to be more mature trees to offer some shade! The staff is very pleasant and the facilities are very clean! The negative would have to be all the ants!! There are ant hills everywhere on the RV lots! Needs to be sprayed and sprayed! You sit and relax and ants just crawl on the tables, mats, cups and sometimes on you! Please spray for ants!!!
