Day light criminals, If I could rate no star I would! We received an email two weeks after handing our keys in to tell us that the house needs sanitising and a full clean for a french bulldog (which we never had) they charging us for this and things such as window cleaning and maintenance of the garden but In the same breath are trying to charge us for the emptying of our garden waste bin due to our fresh garden maintenance. We freshly painted the house before handing the keys back and deep cleaned the house. We took pictures before leaving! We were handed over to this company after handing in our notice. They lost our notice and told us that we have never formulated a written notice, thus making us pay till the end of the lease (an extra month) Attached you will find pictures of the house they say is inhabitable and the garden which they say is in need of a full over haul!
