My girlfriend and I worked with Zach to find our home and I can honestly say that after working with a handful of agents, Zach was the best. He was available to show us properties on short notice, worked with our schedules to see properties quickly, and was always prompt and on time. He also answered all of our text messages, which we had a lot of being first time home buyers. Overall, he was not pushy when showing us houses and was really excellent through the whole process!

Zach was amazing! He was quick to respond to our first inquiry about a house he was listed on. He stuck with us through a very long, hard transaction and was positive, supportive, knowledgeable and hopeful throughout the whole thing. We are first time home buyers going through neighborworks and Zach took it upon himself to learn all about their process and policies. He really went above and beyond during our whole time working with him. He always pointed out the perks in each house that we saw, suggested ways to remodel or use things in older houses and kept finding more and more houses for us when we were losing hope. He is easy to get a hold of, and always available when we have questions or concerns. He is very responsive, respectful and professional and my husband and I have built a friendship with him as well. We initially began looking for homes without any help and after a few viewings, offers, and research we realized we would need help if we wanted to get a house soon. We talked to several agents but none were as personable, knowledgeable, or friendly as Zach. He sent us tons of recommendations of houses that were available in the area with the specifications that we asked for. We were very picky but he toured dozens of homes with us pointing out potential issues and improvements in each home that we would not have known otherwise. We finally found our dream starter home and completed all the paper work and got out purchase agreement setup with the seller. In the closing process he was always keeping us up to date with any documents the bank and title company needed well before they did. After the banks appraisal the deal looked like it was going to fall through but with his amazing negotiation skills he was able to find a middle ground with the price to move the deal forward. His contact with the bank and title company allowed us to close on our closing date with no delay. He was always available for questions and responded within minutes every time. We have been recommending him to all of our friends and family looking and will use him again in the future.
