I want to thank Greg the clerk who helped us with all our shipping needs at the Lincroft store. Our family was tending to the estate of my Mother and it was an emotional time for us all. Greg was very informative and helpful to meet our needs for shipping. He was very courteous and answered all our questions. I needed a sewing machine in a cabinet shipped to Colorado and he took great care in cushioning it to protect all parts. It arrived safely. Thank you Greg for all your help.

On Saturday Aug 3rd 2019 I requested a package delivery on Sunday. My package was accepted by UPS. However, the package was not delivered until Monday. I should have been notified if Sunday delivery was not possible.
