For heaven's sake; don't cancel! Could cost you a small fortune! I paid for cleaning fees in a cottage I never even got to visit. So they cleaned behind my ghost? It was charged to my card. AND, I lost full deposit for weekend retreat (with sufficient notice that I could not attend). I should have disputed, but I just figured: live and learn. I didn't feel warm spiritual fuzzies from being ripped off.
