A short while after my MOT was completed at Lindfield Motors I found my rear view wiper had fallen off onto my driveway. When I looked at the broken piece closely I discovered there was glue on it. I rang to discuss this with Lindfield Motors and spoke to the owner. Unfortunately she immediately refused any blame and was defensive and unfriendly in her response. I felt the phonecall was not going to be productive so I thanked her and hung up. No attempt has since been made to rectify the situation even though it would have been a minor cost to the garage. Very disappointing customer service, unfortunately this is the only negative review I have left for any business. I won't be returning.
Excellent local garage. I called in without a booking after a warning light, mechanic had it up on a ramp and checked out there and then. No major problem, and I was back on the road within 10 mins. Friendly service and good work.
I have been using Lindfield Motors for approximately 5 years now and have been really happy with their service. I find them to always try and find the most cost effective way to repair our cars and have happily had Mercedes, Audi and Fiat models in there. Great customer service - couldn't recommend more highly.
