Great, knowledgeable, caring people. You've made my life a little easier! I Thank you everytime I vacuum! I've had companies tell me I needed a new central vac installed because mine was so old and not worth the money fixing! Brock Built-in Specialist knew the issue as soon as they turn the unit on. 25 minutes, done, fixed! Thank you!

We contacted Brock Security through their rep. \Sheryl\ who treated us first class. She didn't know some exact details and put us in touch with their Service tech \Bill\ in Oshawa, who told us some info regarding our current situation. His info proved to be 100% accurate and we made the changes that Bill recommended. The changeover took place Feb. 10th with their service tech \Mike\ who did a fabulous job without any problems at all. We are very confident that should we have any problem, that it will be looked after properly. Changing monitoring companies with Brock was actually pretty simple. We used Brock Security many years ago and it feels good to be back home.
