If I had to describe this place with one word, I would say, \inconsistent.\ My first experience here was a banoffee pie, which tasted fresh, fragrent, and delicious. The next time I went here, the \carmel crunch\ pie was made incorrectly (lacked the carmel crunch topping and was basically a different pie with carmel syrup drizzled on top) but the quality of the ingredents itself maintained the same level of quality. We also got cream tea here, which was terrible. The \scones\ were more like dinner rolls. I would say you might get a decent pie if you're lucky, but your experience could differ between visits, from the person you came with, etc.
