Quite good gym in the close proximity of the Scandic hotel City. Here you find all the basics you need for the workout. I found few items missing to my normal routines, but enough equipment to go around the problem.
Nice personal and a good place to workout
Often lots of people there but early in the mornings you can find yourself alone there. There is a 1 week free tryout week but if you're thinking of buying a card wait until a Holliday,they usually lower the prices.
Good gym for the cardio and small cross fit exercises. Not good enough for the strong man and powerliftings!
Oprofessionellt ställe där personalen inte ens kan tillmötesgå ett enkelt önskemål: att retroaktivt registrera mina köp hos ActiWay (ett företag som hanterar friskvårdsbidrag). Ett annat gym i stan gjorde det på en minut, utan att ens blinka. Istället försökte de få mig att förlänga mitt medlemskap. Komiskt dåligt skött, aldrig mer Actic.
Jag tycker att det är en bra lokal med trevlig personal. Men lite väl trångt på en del ställen.
Något gamla och instängda lokaler men finns ett extremt bra utbud av maskiner samt en välutrustad CF-del. Stort plus för bra personal! Har även kostnadsfri provträningsvecka, mycket bra.
