I am a quality control lead for a major medical device company in the states. The T7 software for managing calibration and PM is simply awful; it's ridiculously buggy and it crashes and freezes very frequently. We have also received minimal if any support from the company to reconcile these major issues. Do not under any circumstance purchase this software. We have spent thousands of dollars for this package and already have begun to research alternate software for our needs. Feel free to email me here for more information.
