Maggie in the store has the worst attitude I have seen in customer service I have seen. Manager Sheena was just as bad. An official complaint been made. Stay clear of this branch

I bought a heater from Argos Linlithgow. The appliance became faulty sporadically and I took it back. The staff more or less made me out to be a liar and I left the store feeling like they made a fool of me, their attitude and manner was disgraceful. I complained by email to their head office in Milton Keynes and got no resolution. I am now 80 out of pocket as The defective goods I was supplied with at Argos has now been disposed of as I simply cannot risk using a defective heating appliance in my 142,000 home. I will never set foot in any Argos store again. Neither will any of my family or friends. I feel this point has to be voiced, I, as a Paying customer am not obliged to argue with you or your staff in your public premises and might I suggest you possibly put them on a basic course teaching them tact and basic manners. You will probably find these skills that lack are the basic building blocks of good customer service skills.. I.e treat customers with respect. Might you remind your staff that without paying customers there simply is no business.
