Refused to give me a refund after they mis-sold me two items that should have been prescribed. Visited twice in 5 minutes to check that the transaction was correct, they failed to recognise their error until the thirst visit in 15 - 20 minutes when it clicked that they should have prescribed the item and not sold it to me. Refused to return my money due to policy however happy to keep my items... right. Poor knowledge, unhelpful and unapologetic.

Really don’t understand all the horrible comments. Never had a bad experience in here staff are always so so lovely and helpful. I feel sorry for the staff as been in a few times and the way some people speak to them is a disgrace. They all do a great job :)
Sometimes the service is very slow.
Staff working very hard. People who criticize the staff, should go and do day work in pharmacy and see how hard it's to please all. Often using Lloyd's pharmacy in Linlithgow and just can praise staff and service.
I can only imagine this pharmacist DO NOT WANT to fulfill prescriptions as it does not fit their business model. The older staff members of staff are rude and lack knowledge. Rarely are prescriptions fulfilled with no recourse with suppliers like it's your fault for ordering. Avoid if you can.
