Overall great community. My unit was beautiful and the location was great. I would recommend they add a gate to the parking garage as there was a break-in of several cars at one point. Also the head maintenance guy that answers the requests via app was really rude when I first moved in dismissing my concerns like I should just be greatful to even live there.

After living at Alexan for 9 months, my experience only gets better. The staff continue to impress me, my neighbors have become my close friends, and the building maintenance is speedy and done with excellence. I don’t ever want to move out!

I would NOT recommend living here. Not only was there a large break in with over 60 cars vandalized, the management told us there would be a gate installed in the coming months —it’s been a year and still not gate has been installed to the parking garage. Not to mention the SWAT team was here three days ago in full force. In addition, marijuana is a huge problem at this complex. Every day at least two apartments on my floor reek of weed. And when you contact management, they tell you, you need to contact police. I even contacted the owners of the property and they claim that it’s ok since it happens everywhere. They are not managing the property well—as long as people are paying the rent, they could care less what is happening in the building including illegal activity.

I've lived here for just shy of two years and I cannot rave about the community and staff enough. From their help and understanding when my father passed away, to them making my transfer easy when my sister got a job out of state and moved out, to them offering a payment plan for my rent when I lost my job due to Covid-19. Life can come at you fast and unexpectedly and not every property management company is understanding of that. The staff here has been amazing and I am only moving because I've gotten a new job. The community is always clean. The maintenance staff is amazing too. I'm sad to be moving, but hope that this review gives good insight on the best part of Lincoln - the staff. Plenty of apartments look the same and have the same price point here in Atlanta. What sets the apartments apart are the people.

I love my apartment complex! I have lived here for three years and it is great. Madison the leasing manager is so helpful and just moved me from a one bedroom to a two bedroom and the transition was perfect! Great amenities great staff!
