The apartment building is really close to the train station in a quiet area & easy to access with a supermarket just around the corner. It was super clean with a fully equipped kitchen. Nice & helpful staff. I had a very pleasant stay!

Apartmens are very hot, shower sink not working good, no air condition, and the garbage bin at the main entrance stinks very bad, the smell is also spreading into the building... Not very nice
We had been living here for 6 days, everything was excellent. Photos are real, the room is clean and smart, there is a plenty of kitchenware (a lot of plates, mugs, glasses, pans and so on), there is even a toaster, a dishwasher and an oven. The hot water in the shower is excellent; wi-fi is fast. The location is quite good (three bus stops from the main railway station, buses go often), supermarket Billa is nearby. The hostess is very helpful and nice, answers all the questions and requests very fast, tries to make your staying in the apartment the most pleasant and convenient. The only small disadvantage - there is no elevator.
The room was really small, quite expensive for the overall quality and size. The location is good, but not exceptional as you need the car to get in the city center. The windows doesn't even close!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!! Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in einem 22 m2 Apartment mit Küche und Bad verbracht, es war sehr sauber, alles neu eingerichtet, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Ich konnte mein Auto im angrenzenden Fussball-Stadion kostenfrei abstellen und bin mit der wirklich guten Busverbindung von der Haltestelle Linz-Stadion zu Linz-Taubenmarkt (nähe Hauptplatz) innerhalb von 10 Minuten gefahren. Das war wirklich toll. In der Innenstadt gibt es leider nur Kurzparkzonen, und beim letzten Linz-Aufenthalt habe ich mir 2 Strafzettel eingefangen. Daher lieber mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ins Zentrum fahren!!
