I was really happy with this hotel in all aspects. Must say the breakfast was very good and to openly praise the restaurant manager. I personally have insulin resistance and lactose-intolerance and was personally surprised by the number of healthy alternative choices including juice with sweeteners and vegan bread spreads. They even have gluten-free bread! The rooms were spacious and clean, the only complain I really have is that WIFI was not working and a bit cold temperature of the room. Would still recommend it, the receptionists were nice and observant of guests coming in and the cleaning staff in a good mood, what brightened my day,

It is cheap because it is used for students of the Johanes Kepler University

Very bad experience. It is late November now. Heating did not work last night, and tonight. Called yerterday, and also talked to the front desk. There was heating at the last evening, but low. Then it stopped working during tonight. Called the front desk minutes ago, but was told that he could not do anything now. Moreover, wifi needs to be logged in every time. Very inconvenient. Will never choose this hotel.

If I were to come back to Linz, and needed to be at the university in the morning, I'd be happy stay here again. The staff here are nice and helpful, breakfast is good and included, you can use the gym facilities next door when they are open, and it's close to the university and public transport. There is a laundry room (with ironing) available for guest use. There is billiards and table tennis in the basement near the laundry. In summer, when there are no classes in session, the area is very quiet. My only complaint is that it seems daily room tidying is not optional. All towels seem to be replaced daily, rather than as necessary.

The hotel rooms are all in a building for student accommodation in Linz. The place is in walking distance to the university, but sadly rather far from the city centre. The breakfast could be improved.

International student dorm and hotel as well. Nice play for having breakfast or sleeping. The prices are cheaper in comparison with the hotels in Linz.

This place also doubles as a student dorm. So there is lots of foot traffic at anytime. Dated rooms, smells weird the first day of stay, and the cleaning crew just barges in your rooms in early morning. The reception desk is not well trained. They are either distant/indifferent towards the customer and make you feel unwanted. Management has no resolution power. They need to check everything with their corporate office. This, in turn, means that if there is something wrong with you're room, bad luck, you are stuck with it. I like their restaurant downstairs; clean, cheap, and tasty. The location is really close to the university campus and the tram line. These two reasons are the two are two stars they deserve.

This place wasn't terrible but I probably wouldn't stay here again. Very basic. No double beds just twin rooms. No air con. Restaurant/bar was shut the whole time. Breakfast had a fairly reasonable selection and it catered for vegans. Close to JKU (10mins walk). Close to tram route. Close to shops. Fairly pleasant location in general.
