Decent dentists and a lovely hygienist but the practice manager and receptionist are incredibly rude, quite frankly patient loyalty means nothing. I left a voicemail asking to cancel my appointment since my uncle had sadly passed away and asked if someone could call me back to reschedule. I never received anything. I called up again the following week and the same thing happened. Months passed and i started having issues with a wisdom tooth which i am still having problems with now so i decided to give them a call to book an appointment with the dentist. This time i managed to get through but they told me i owed them 20 as i was a no show at my previous appointment. I explained the situation to the receptionist and the action i took all of those months back and told me she had no authority to waive the fee. I then asked if i could speak to the practice manager. Having told the practice manager what had happened she still was not going to waive the fee considering the circumstances. She was incredibly abrupt, rude and continued to talk over me. I explained that i had been coming to lion house dentistry since the age of 6 (27 at the time of the phone conversation) and had never been charged as i always turned up for my appointments and on time therefore loyalty means nothing when you are a patient at this dental practice. As a result i decided not to pay the fee and asked them to take me off their records. It seems that all this dentist is after is your money and couldn't care less about their patients. Due to this incident my family members have also asked them to take them off of their records as they too felt i was treated very unfairly. I wouldn't at all attend this dentist, the only good thing about it is the hygienist who seems to be the only person their that actually cares about her patients and always does a fabulous job.

I cannot fault this dental practice. From the moment you enter to when you leave. I have always had professional and brilliant service from Lion House Dentistry. I used to be a really nervous patient, but since being recommended this surgery by a family friend, I feel so much better and the treatment I've had has been fantastic I would highly recommend this dental surgery!
