The ones answering the call doesn't really know the \ISO\ procedure/ requirements that is really needed in processing a certification. calling before setting an appointment is useless since not everyone from their office really knows the procedure of certain certifications. The DAR Municipal at Tanauan which they asked me to submit my files was the one who really \knows\ the correct procedure. So basically they've just wasted precious time in giving wrong info to me. Next time orient all your personnel of all your \standard procedures\ in processing certifications. specially the ones answering the calls.
