My autistic daughter was scheduled for an MRI with sedation on Aug 17, 2019. We already have a private room booked for her confinement the night before. It was a NIGHTMARE to get admitted to this hospital. The red tape was unbelievable. There was no coordination between the attending doctor and the hospital. The two resident doctors were very rude since it was a busy night for them. It's ER so what do these two resident doctors expect? They yelled at their staff and was very very condescending to the patients in dire need of their help. My daughter started having tantrums after two hours of waiting. We walked out. My message out there -- do NOT go to Villa Memorial hospital. You'll end up dead before you get medical service. Eva Laurel 8/19/2019 Last Saturday, I went back to Villa hospital to see Dr Eric Villa, the administrator, and make sure he Is aware of this incident. He had procedures that time so I left . I called later in the afternoon to follow up and no response. It's not just about my daughter. My point is to prevent this type of incident ot happen again especially to those who cannot argue their case. Is that too much to ask?
