The staff here have been absolutely brilliant. I have been going every week to pick up prescriptions for those who can't go out at these times and although there usually is a queue outside it is lovely to be only with one other customer in the store. All staff are completely masked with visors (must be so uncomfortable all day ) and gloved up - i feel safer in Llyods pharmacy then anywhere else!! Dispensing can't be rushed but staff are very friendly, polite , patient and working as efficiently and speedily as possible. There are also on the whole good chats to be had in the queue outside with waiting customers! Thank you all at Lloyds Pharmacy for looking after us all so well x

Very poor customer service. I've been waiting in line, myself and quite a few other people while the pharmacist was chatting and having good time with a customer (obviously known to her) few steps away from tilt, with absolutely no sense of rushing to us.

Tried ringing and ringing. Phone rings but absolutely no answer. Apparently the doctor I spoke to says they have the same problem and it's unacceptable!!!! Trying to confirm medication delivery to my parents :-(

Have nothing but problems with this place when collecting mine and my husbands prescription. They are so slow and it is always someone elses fault. Prescriptions go missing on a regular basis and there is always a queue. Need to be more organised and sometimes the dispensing staff can be quite rude.
