very very bad experience....I went there and looks like this hospital has not been cleaning for years...they dont have real offices for the doctor but just areas with courtains....I wun away after 1 minute

I am French and was in Lisbon for tourism. I got C-19 and went to the closest hospital : São José. The medical staff received me very rapidly. Four days later, I had to come back, very weak. I was well treated. The staff did its best to make me feel better. The day after, I had to come back again for more serious problems. I did a panic crisis, and the doctor found the words to got me more peaceful. Never chanced upon a staff member who didn't speak English or Spanish (the other two languages I know) If you have a problem health in Lisbon as a stranger, you can trust São José efficience :) Join me personally if you wanna know more about how good I was treated.

Kind and prepared doctors and good organization. Please government hire more personnel so that the existing one can have more reasonable shifts. Everyone is doing a great job, they deserve it.

Crowds and rude people. It has become normal to wait hours and hours for an appointment that was made months before. Unfortunately public services in Portugal are becoming third world like.

Terrible experience. My fiancé arrived at 3:30 AM for dehydration, took a covid test at 4 am. At 3 PM still no results. They told us it should have taken 6 hours but after 11 hours still no result. I have a disability and staying so much time on chairs hurts. I get no information about him.

Receptionist r very good doctors behaviors very hospitable only problem is too much wait for treatments sometimes 6 hours this is not like a first world country!!!
