Really nice, cheap and cute place, perfect for evening with delicious portugese food - especially seafood. Simple and tasty. They have also amazing desserts - chocolate mousse, tiramisu and (omg) mama's special?? It was mouthwatering Very small place, but it's worth to wait for a table.
An amazing place with amazing food. Maybe one of the best meals I ever had in Lisbon. The restaurant is quite small but that just helps to create a very familiar vibe in the restaurant. We were able to talk with Maria, the cooker and creator of the restaurant which treated us with a lot of care.
THE BEST DINNER IN LISBON! Wow I have no words for how wonderful and amazing Maria is and the food she cooks is made with love, quality and authenticity! A MUST visit and the highlight of our Lisbon stay!
Pretty good meal! The service is very good. The waiter was very attentive! The food was good but not great. We ordered the octopus salad and sardines. Both were quite small portions and a little pricey for Portugal standards. The sardines were nice but the highlight was the octopus salad...it was pretty yummy! Very cute setting, off the beaten track, reasonably priced and ok food!
This was the highlight of my trip to Lisbon, not only the food was delicious but Maria the owner made me feel like home. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re in Lisbon this is a must!! Thank you so much Maria, your food and the love you put in everything you do make this place something truly special. Can’t wait to go back!
Very lovely place, located in an alley uphill. Food is simple but amazing. You get to know the story behind the place as well, which is a really nice addition to the experience. Muito obrigado, Maria!
