February 2021 I bought over the phone 2 items because of pandemic with Tiago from LV store,he said the item was available and I need send payment for both bags ASAP to secure them ,and after 2 days no answer from him,I contacted the store and the items was not Available any more! Then Tiago contacted me with audio message to said sorry about the mistake because he was so busy with his personal problems.(unacceptable) I got in contact with Carina from the same store,looking for one more ybag,she said was available and she gonna send me link for payment,next day nothing I contact her again and she said I’m so sorry I forgot send the link now the bag is not available any more! ( unacceptable) And I contact the the store to talk with the manager because I was not happy about all this and no answer as well.

Worst experience in my life in this LV store in Portugal! I ordered a handbag with Tiago and was told to pay ASAP as it was available for me,I paid straight away on 10.02.2021,then Susana from LV store messaged me saying the bag I was looking has arrived and I said I just bought it with Tiago.When contacted Tiago,had no reply for days till I was told bag is delayed and they don’t have it in store. I contacted LV store and spoke to Eugenia,I asked to speak to manager as I find it hard to understand her English and the tone of her voice I wasn’t comfortable with. I was told that they’ll find out what happened with my bag,they had to reorder it,then they put wrong delivery address with UPS. By the time I tried to get in contact and sort all this out,I had my flight as it has been over a month all this and I was gonna be away for 2 weeks so I had to ask them to deliver to my friends address,the new address was sent by text to Tiago,email to Eugenia and over the phone with Eugenia and they still managed to deliver to the wrong address,which Eugenia said she changed it. I had to send my friend to go and find my handbag,thankfully my bag was collected after 6 weeks. Shocking customer service when you get ignored and very unprofessional not like any other LV stores . Such a shame!
The gentleman who served us was great but I got accused rudely by one guard of taking photos of my husband n my son while my daughter and my friend were choosing the products, he was very rude and shouted at me " this is not the first time, you can't take photos inside the store" then walked away. Firstly I didn't know there is such policy and I wasn't being warned before either. I didn't want to buy anything as that experience really ruined my mood. My friend and daughter purchased 2 pairs of earrings and a watch. The gentleman who served us was very helpful. This happened in December 2019 before the pandemic and now my daughter is wearing the earrings reminded me of that bad experience.
Was greeted by a lady and directed us where should we go for the ladies bag section. Then a sales person patiently assisted us with our queries and purchase. Hoping the person who will receive this will like it.

Didn’t even make it into the store, we were asked to wait a couple of min for someone to come and help us, we ended up waiting for 15 min, while at least 3 customers left and at least 2 of the SA were just walking around on their phone in the store, after their customers had left. After 15 min I decided to ask the person in the door if they even had the product I was looking for, as it was a waste to wait any longer if they didn’t, and funny enough they didn’t have it... so I just waisted 15 min while we could have sorted this when we got there is the staff by the door had time to help instead of fluffing around...
I entered, hold the shoes , looking around , asking for help, but no one looked at me! They saw me but Even they went to help customers just entering and I was still waiting ! So I left .. I didn’t like this experience even that I am a customer of Louis Vuitton internationally. So yeah i was very disappointed
Everyone knows the brand but the team is there to give you a absolute fantastic experience inside the store, the customer service is 5star and absolutely worth it, I was advised by Tino and had a wonderful time it was like I was visiting a museum and learn a lot about the brand.
