Excellent service, perfect spoken English. My laptop was repaired in less than 24 hours when I thought nothing could be done. Extremely friendly staff who really take the time to understand what the issue is. My macbookair is now as good as new. Thank you to the whole team! The \emergency fee\ is also excellent and was a great way to have things sorted very quickly. Thank you again for everything! Good not recommend more!

Excellent service. The staffs are very friendly and speaks great English... I went there after my Apple Watch had a crack appeared on the screen. According to apple website that’s a problem on some of the watches. I have left the watch with them on a Monday and Thursday I have received an email and received a replacement watch.

Im new to Portugal and use my Macbook for my marketing, photography, and videography freelance business. One afternoon my computer decided to stop working because of a faulty charger that I had purchased off of Amazon (don't do that, use proper Apple products, they apparently protect your Macbook). M.Repair was recommend by a several people and Im so happy that I found them. They were very professional and made it easy for me to understand what needed to be fixed. They spoke english and were very easy to communicate with. The repair was estimated to take 4 days but they finished in 2 days! Im so happy. I highly recommend M.repair! Thank you

The repair was performed correctly, as far as I can tell. But the observed zero empathy with the costumer made this an overall bad experience. A cold reception and a clear detachment from what your urgency, timings, or informational needs may be may seem professional to some; it just seemed unpleasant to me.
