Ordered a pizza before 7.30pm on a Thursday evening. The app said it would arrive before 8. At 8 I called the restaurant and was told it would be on the road in 5 mins. At 8.15 I called again and they said it had already left, ten minutes ago. At 8.40pm the pizza arrived, freezing cold. And now the restaurant is not answering the phone. Really poor service all round.

Delivery after 3 hours from ordering. Food was cold and not edible. Restaurant does not answer phone to give updates on delivery.

It's what you'd expect from a highly industrialized pizza chain. The garlic sauce is very weird though, way too buttery (even though it's made from sunflower oil and not butter :D). The free pickled jalapenos were a nice touch. Compared to Domino's, there's a little less cheese and more tomato sauce, which is kinda healthier so ok.

The quality is as expected, it's nice to have papa Jones finally in Lisbon, the service is smooth and quick and the restaurant is nice from the inside

Off all the 3 in Portugal Papa John's has the best pizzas,very tasty, the tough is extremely good and the ingredients are all fresh.

It's a regular industrial pizza but the treatment I had today was unimaginable. Manager was very able to handle my issue and very solicit. Thank you! Between domino's or pizza hut I choose papa johns!
