Very disappointed so many units vacant,one would think that the proprietor in the circumstances would be willing to cut the costs of the units to try and persuade the shops to remain open.one would get the impression that he/she is purposely trying to force vacation of the properties for some ulterior motive. If the mall was to close it would be a complete death nail for the city centre, when after alll the onus should be trying to improve .
