Poor customer service. Calling to enquire about a delivery to be told traffic issues in Lisburn. On a third call told that a delivery was never scheduled in. Several times orders have been incorrect, products, particularly the frozen pastry, damaged and on top of all this minimum order increased which isn't great for smaller businesses with lack of storage or smaller levels of cash flow.
