Great store. Called in with a query about an upgrade. Staff greeted me right away. They sat me down and talked me through my options. All very knowledgeable and friendly. Got a great upgrade that suited me and even upgraded up my broadband. Not to mention when I done so I actually saved 200! I would highly recommend.

Great place to shop was greeted almost immediately and made to feel welcome, the staff took me through all the options they can do in store and managed to save me so much. Got me the latest phone on an early upgrade before I was due but also managed to save me 150 off my BB was amazing I definitely will be back and will be telling all my friends and family to shop in Carphone Warehouse highly recommend
Called into Lisburn on the off-chance of getting broadband. Called into Carphone as I was made aware that they offered Broadband. Little to my knowledge did I know that they offered more than just broadband. Left the store with a smile and a new Sky Q box/broadband and to top it off managed to get an early upgrade. Smashing service, and a great experience.

Can't speak more highly of Anthony, anytime I have needed help with broadband/tv/phone contracts he was the first to help and get me the best deal whilst being extremely patient in explaining the entire process!! Thank you, would def recommend :)
Outstanding service and product knowledge at this store, I regularly work away and anytime I have a problem about my phone I can give a quick phone call and they always have a solution! The staff here go above and beyond for giving advice and service! The manager Anthony has always provided great service and you can tell nothing is a problem for him to help me with, he and his team always go the extra mile! There’s never no problem transferring my phone information etc and they do so quickly! I bought my niece a phone for Xmas and it was the cheapest on the high street only for them helping me with options I would have spent far more than needed in a different store for the same phone! Can’t recommend this store and their team enough
