Changing my review. My partner contacted Gen Tech himself, and decided to give another go. Best decision he ever made. I think first time round when he had been contacted first the agency had only just opened and were maybe only starting out with recruits and jobs.. but when my partner went back to them, they went above and beyond to help him. Best recruitment agency in Lisburn to be honest, partner wouldn't go elsewhere. Would honestly give more than 5* if I could. Partner has thrived since being with Gen Tech, and Stuart has done everything in his power to help him.
This company is more than a 5* company! Great staff and great support given, would recommend this company to anyone! They go above and beyond what their job title includes! So happy that I am part of this team! They are extremely great and positive people!
Got the sack from a production operative job , because I asked to have a day off to go to the dentists , the reason was my attendance , this was my second week and I'd attended every shift given . Under those circumstances this is false dismissal , and you have legal rights to see a dentist, they want slaves , avoid
I recommend this agency over all others I've been with in the past. My experience with them has been great so far.
