I found Halfords staff at Lisburn branch on Hillsborough Road very helpful and attentive. They helped me to pick a new battery for my motorbike and were very informative about which one I should buy and why. Will definitely be back.

My first visit to Halfords as I normally just go to a mechanic for any car needs. I was served very promptly in-store. Plenty of parking available. The young fella who fitted my car bulb was very polite and keen to help. I felt as if staff genuinely were interested and appeared happy at their work. Even better that I received NHS discount!! I will definitely be recommending Lisburn store and I won't hesitate to return.

Got 2 bikes repaired. Was really easy to book online. Staff were friendly and helpful and the communication was excellent (called me to discuss minor repairs needed and when they were ready to collect). Very reasonable price too. Overall an excellent experience.

Used Halfords for a free bike check. My bike had been sitting in the garage for 4 years and hadn't moved or been used at all in that time. After leaving it in the bike, it only needed a new chain and the front suspension tightening. For 30 the bike is like new. Halfords rang me and double checked that I was happy with the work being carried out. No issues at all.
