We waited in the long queue for about 10 minutes socially distancing. We were waiting to go to the food hall. When we arrived in the food hall it was bedlam literally aisles packed with customers and staff putting out produce. It was desperate. I think they just lost the run of their organisational skills. At least half of the customers was probably still too much. Then we arrived at the till to see a maskless member of staff putting our items through the till. It was so disappointing. I expected more from Marks & Spencer. I will not return at busy shopping times.

Was in your store and id like to give a' big shout 'out to laura for trying to find my cutlery on there website. She was very pleasant and really nice to talk with. Also i found myself singing along to the music as i was just having a brilliant time in the foodhall. Well done Marks and Spencers one happy customer

They had someone checking for masks on the door and it was pretty quiet both of which I was very happy about.

Went there for Honey and Mustard dressing - none there - a space behind the shelf edge label!! There didn't seem to be staff on the floor on that area with whom we could enquire!! Disappointed.
