As a new customer, I phoned late afternoon Friday and asked for 1 bag of 5* coal to be delivered. The girl I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful, and said it would be delivered on Monday. And it was delivered promptly on Monday morning! The coal is great quality. Great service, thankyou, will be getting coal from you again.

Been a loyal customer of this company for over 10 years. Ran out of oil today Tuesday on a freezing cold day and was told they cant deliver until Thursday. Phoned another local company and got a very nice lady on the phone and they are more than happy to deliver first thing tommorow morning. Oh, and they just happen to be cheaper. I guess loyality doesnt pay after all.
