Have used Speckled Hen many times before but this was our first takeaway under the new restrictions, ordering was simple and food ready for collection at agreed time. Food was good quality even with transportation etc would certainly use takeaway again.

After being recommended this place by friends we decided to order a meal for takeaway last night. 7 main courses ordered and 7 starters, to say the food was disappointing would be an understatement. Pizza was undercooked and lacked toppings, advertised on the menu that it’s stone baked ? Dominos would have served a better pizza. The chicken wings where clearly heated in a microwave and lacked sauce. The rest of are group also had bad meals burger, fish etc where all not up to scratch. Definitely won’t be back again.
Food and service excellent as usual. Pints great.
