Great experience overall. Saw a vehicle i liked the look of on the website, went to check it out. Adam Brown was lovely, and within about 30m i was out taking the car for a test drive. Fell in love with the car on the test drive and decided to buy there and then. Ford gave me more for my old car than quoted elsewhere too. A week later i had the car and i'm so happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend to anyone. Service 5 stars Staff 5 stars Price 5 stars

Walked in having done some research into a new car online. Met by a salesman who asked me how he could help. He immediately recommended I speak to his colleague James C. James couldn't be faulted throughout every interaction we had with him. He was excited to show us the new Ford Puma that I had read about. He clearly wanted to invest time with us and the car. We took the car for a test drive before James even discussed price options, I felt this was great because so often people want to make sure you're actually serious about buying a car before they let you near the car! He presented loads of options of prices so we felt like we were in control the whole time rather than being pushed into a certain price, he tailored everything to suit us. We didn't buy the car that day but instead went home to discuss what we wanted to do. James phoned me the next day to see how we were keeping and then we went in the next day to buy the car. Experience was easy, well explains, and certainly not pushy, we felt in control throughout everything. Will definitely recommend and commend James on his personal service.

Popped into have look at a car and staff were busy. Even when staff became free no one asked did I need help. So ended up asking for help in the end. The guy I spoke to was helpful and worked with me to get the best price. I said I will think about it and call him on Monday with an answer, this was on a Saturday afternoon. I didn't even get time to call on the Monday morning with my answer. As he called not giving me time to get an insurance quotation or anything like that. On Monday afternoon I was told that the car was sold, but on Tuesday I was called again. This time I was told the car was still sold, BUT if I came now and buy it I could have it. Now I was feel like I was been pushed into making a decision. I like to take time over things like this as it's a lot of money and you need to feel happy about things. If I feel pushed into something this makes me go the opposite way. So loved the car and guy I worked with was helpful, but I said no in the end as I was feeling pushed.
