Don't touch these cleaners. They have completely ruined a very expensive pair of curtains. They claim they followed the labels instruction! Instructions said Dry Clean only. My understanding of Dry is not wet! Yet they wet the curtains through, the fabric shrunk but worse has wrinkle lines all down the fabric. I think where they went wrong was they wet fabric that states DRY clean ONLY!! 2nd pair of curtains look like they have been screwed in a ball around the top! Just needed the point of the iron to correct! Paid them but ended up doing it myself.

Act of random kindness. 5 stars . Pass it on
Very poor service. Asked for a simple repair, insulted by one of staff about the item, then insisted another procedure was required when not needed. To top it off, they haven’t got any skilled person to repair the item, so returned it three weeks later. Stay well clear.
