Unfortunately my poor cat Mungo was knocked over by a car. He died on the vets examination table. The compassion they showed me in what was a difficult time was amazing. They sent me a condolence card, a clipping of his fur, a paw print and some forget me not seeds. The vet and the nurse were equally upset as I was that he didn't make it. All three of my aging cats have been treated at Ellis Vets. Always professional, compassionate and open. Ready to answer any of my questions, even if asked out of a basis of total ignorance! I recommend to anyone who is need of a domestic animal vet.
I'd like to thank your team for the compassionate, kind & sensitive manner Ellis vets helped my poorly lurcher Alfie move on & showing great sense of duty to animal welfare for coming out during CV-19. Alfie was always terrified of visiting veterinary surgeries & I would have hated his last memories being that of total fear. The team at Ellis vets are the absolute pinnacle of perfection, my dog sadly had to have his tail amputated because of a cyst I have to say my reservations were running high but the dog went of with the nurse and it was just like taking your off spring to school for the first day and when i got in the car to go home without him I cried a tear or two, I phoned after lunch as instructed by the team and everything was good and my dog was just coming round but I was able to collect him that day fantastic, still the same dog minus the tail but hey what a fantastic outstandingly professional team. Thanks Guys.
