Very strange previous reviews, never had a problem getting an appointment if I needed one. It never ceases to amaze me that, if I ring up (which isn't very often) I usually get an appointment the same day. In fact I have just rung them now to get one and they have given me an appointment this afternoon, I was expecting at least Monday.

I did not face any issue while getting appointment but few staffs are less active and lazy. GP Dr Brenergy is good, she hear patients properly and advice accordingly.

Lucky for me that I rarely need to visit the Medical Centre. Today was the occasion that I really needed the NHS and the service I received here today was 5 star. I telephoned at 8.30 this morning to make an appointment. I was held in a queue for just a few minutes and then spoke with a pleasant and helpful assistant and an appointment made for the same day for just after 5pm. I was given a warm, smiling reception and waited no more than 5 minutes to see Dr Oury. I was treated promptly and professionally by a Dr who listened, questioned and listened again to my symptoms. I was given what I consider to be a thorough examination by the Dr and appropriate treatment and follow up advice. I haven’t had to see a Dr for many years. I felt very satisfied with my overall treatment today from start to finish. Many thanks and I hope I do not need to see you again for many years to come ! But if I do I hope it’s as good a service as it was today !

Outstanding service at the Flu Jab Clinic on Saturday morning. Friendly, helpful staff and also the receptionist on Friday morning when I phoned for details of the Flu jab clinic.

This is the first time leaving a review about anything, usually I would just leave it but this place is monumentally terrible. I would rate this 0/5 if possible, I read other bad reviews about this GP and thought, how bad could a GP really be? So I ignored them, this was a mistake. The receptionists are incompetent and slow. The GP himself was lazy and condescending, he refused to listen and just wanted to get me out as quick as possible. It takes months to get anything sorted, the appointments are always half an hour late etc etc, I could go on.
