Rami and Alex at Diamond Motorworks went above and beyond in my purchase. At every step of the way the dealership did a phenomenal job in communication and professionalism. Rami was very kind in taking the time to take the car to different shops per my request. We had run into some trouble regarding my bank, in terms of check speed and improper title on the check. Diamond motorworks was able to help speed up the process in resolving the problem by going to a local bank branch. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely shop here again.
Hands-down the most professional service I've ever had at a dealership. Great inventory and prices. Rami is genuine and goes out of his way to make the experience enjoyable and convenient. I drove 500 miles to look at a Viper at Diamond Motorworks. They provided a 1080p full walk-around video of the car on their website which helped me feel comfortable making the trip. The car was in exactly the condition it was presented on their website. Even though they were understaffed the day I went in, Rami got me and a handful of other customers taken care of in a timely manner. Being from another state, there would have been a lot of headache involved in transferring titles and registering my vehicle, but Rami coordinated with my DMV and handled all of it for me. I bought my 2013 Porsche 911 from Diamond recently and the process was quick and smooth. Prices on their cars are very fair and they offered a fair price on my trade so the process of rather uneventful which is exactly what you want when buying a car! Closing was easy and only took about 30-mins or so which is much shorter than a larger dealer. Overall, good experience.
