Looking for a holistic approach to your health care. Dr. Paul and his Team are the BEST! They take time to answer questions and address concerns. They are able to make appointments in a reasonable amount of time. They review your insurance so there is no surprise bill. Their integrated approach helps me stay healthy and live with less pain. I highly recommend Dr. Paul and his Northstar Team!

Dr Paul is the best! From his personal attention to each patient, to his awesome personality - makes him a unique & special person. He also has a GREAT staff! He discovered/diagnose an underlying problem with my back. This diagnosis explained the symptoms I was having. My primary Dr & 2nd opinion Dr couldn’t make a proper diagnosis! I will continue to recommended Dr Paul. He will work hard to get you back on your feet!

Dr.Paul and his office staff are beyond exceptional. I have been so pleased with all of my family’s care here. Not only can we be treated for our chiropractic needs but I am able to manage my thyroid with them as well as get my kids school physicals here. They are always very accommodating. I would highly recommend Northstar Integrated to any family, friend, or acquaintance. You just have to be patient with the time and effort they are willing to put into your care plan. I look forward to seeing them each week at my appointments! All of the office staff welcomes you with a smiling face and makes you feel welcome in the waiting room!

Seemed promising at first, but I didn't get a whole lot of follow through & communication wasn't the best either. I was looking for an alternative solution to my current pain management treatment which is only narcotic medication & I was told he could help me. I was given anti-inflammatory injections into the muscular area that frequently flared up. It helped for 24-48hrs of relief. After a few visits of this & my inquiring about other treatments mentioned during my consultation, I was told \I'll find that out for you\ & there was never any follow up. I became discouraged & disheartened. Then I got my first bill (after Medicare) & decided it wasn't worth the out of pocket cost. I feel better practicing regular yoga, mindfulness, meditation, doing aqua therapy, isometrics & stretches (via PBS' Miranda Esmonde-White - Canadian fitness trainer & former ballerina, following her Classical Stretch series for free). My money is better spent toward a discounted membership at the YMCA. Maybe others had better results. Maybe I expected too much, but he frequently felt hurried & that made me feel uncomfortable...like he was just getting through with me to go on to the next person. Not like he was really concerned about helping me. I don't have the time or money to not be listened to by someone who is treating me. That type of experience was very costly to me with another doc years ago & caused great harm to my health condition in the past. Maybe if the time was taken to get more information from me to find out what I needed or had I been given better direction & then there was follow up action taken, maybe the results would have been different. Oh well.
