After many emails back and forth, decided to drive the hour to see the furniture we were interested in. Called before we arrived so the awesome salesperson, Brenda, could have the furniture we were interested in at the front door so we could see it through the glass door. Placed our order for matching peices and now just need to wait for delivery!

This is a place I have made several purchases from over the years, recently we visited for a warranty claim for a mattress and even decided to pay over 2000 for an upgrade, we were told that the mattress we selected was an in stock mattress and would be delivered the following week, it was not, when it was delivered 2 weeks later the delivery men noticed the new mattress was damaged and promptly removed it back outside, speaking with the people at the store they assured me we would have a new one the following Friday, now 3 weeks after when we ordered, I follow up again today only to be told that someone has now forgotten or misplaced the order and we will be yet another 3 weeks until they get the order 4 weeks probably by the time its delivered. I ask for my money back including the credit issued by the company for the original mattress supplier and the manager Mitchell says he would be more than happy to refund my money so he \doesn't need to deal with me anymore\ but refuses to include the credit. once I tell him his statements will be included in my online review he offers me 200.00 not to write the review, obviously I didn't take it as people should know who they are dealing with! Then Mitchell proceeded to hang up on me. I am a huge supporter of the shop local movement, but in this case do yourself a favor you have to get in the car to drive to Conway, just keep going you will get better service almost anywhere.
