I was so thrilled with the selection that they had in their store. More than that, they were so helpful and gave great insight. They wanted to help me stick within my budget and gave me many options for how I could do that. They promote a relaxing and fun experience when finding the dress. I would highly recommend!

I recently came here with my sister to find her wedding dress and was SO impressed with the care we received with this experience. The owner helped us herself and truly went above and beyond what we would have expected to experience. They have a wide variety of dress styles, and very reasonable price points and are respectful of the bride's budget. On a note about shopping during COVID-19 for wedding dresses: when we were calling around to make an appointment for this exciting experience several wedding dress shops are capitalizing on this pandemic by charging the bride (250-400) to have a personal helper while shopping and to have 'guests' come with them... thats a normal wedding dress shopping experience, don't charge the bride extra! it already stinks to be planning a wedding during a pandemic! White Romance isn't doing that and is doing everything possible to make the Bride's experience still special (while still adhering to all safety precautions I.e. masks, hand sanitizer, etc. you know the drill). I highly recommend shopping here!

Not impressed with customer service. Suit rentals never used due to covid still charged full amount. Won't be a return customer.

Great selection of dresses! Recently went shopping for my bridal gown and found it within an hour. The staff was very friendly and very helpful - made the entire experience stress free and just fun!
