My wife and I have had nothing but trouble renting from them. Our ice maker in our refrigerator doesn't work and they won't fix it . My chair needs to be rewired and they won't help me fix it. I have complained to their corporate complaint department does no good. This store is a shining advertisement for their competition rent a center and rent one. They told me I can't return chair because wiring is bad but when won't help me fix it either. Didn't have problems until malaria arrived. Please don't believe anything they tell you it is a fib to put it mildly. Took problems to owner of store and he doesn't care either.by the way the smoking pot thing I totally believe you'll see. Just give them a call. Make sure it's right after lunch so their munchies have been satiated and whoever you talk to is the least bit sober that's my opinion based on their job performance..5and before you by anything please comparatively price product at other stores and ask yourself if you want to have same headaches my wife and I have had you will end up smoking pot to be able to deal with their incompetence I only gave them one star because you have to leave a review. They are the example of why employees should be drug testes.i like how when owner responds he doesn't leave his name I wonder why. I would be ashamed too if I was him.if you think this review is read employee reviews they are as bad as the customer service reviews. Other aarons stores don't have these kind of problems wonder what is wrong with this store. Could it be a combination of owner and poor choice of employees. Everytime someone comes to our house its somebody different.

I worked here and was let go unreasonably, a warning to those that apply, if you don’t smoke pot they will gang up on you and try to get you fired which is what happened to me, I was really looking forward to growing the customer base, it was a sad situation, I just hope the Owners are careful, and Scroggins is careful as well who they hire in the future I’m sure they will make terrible decisions being so inebriated at work.

The lady I talk to is always rude to me when I call after I pay my bed off I am done dealing with them I will never rent anything from them again I dont think they should get one star but it wouldn't let me give none they have very bad customer service anymore the first time we rented they were very nice and worked with you and now they are very rude
