This store is small in litchfield IL but it’s has awesome staff working there. Even though they were extremely packed on 3/17/21 they moved through the line in a very timely manner! They were super helpful and very fast at setting up 2 new phones for us. I love this store!

Walked in with an issue with my phone and the man working at 12:40 Sunday March 14 fixed it within 30 seconds. Have always had a great experience here everytime I have an issue with my phone

AT&T service employee, Cherish Hartley at Litchfield, IL was most attentive, informative and pleasant during the purchase of my new iPhone.

Waited forty five minutes in line and they never even said hello. Finally got tired and left. Place has just bad manners and small staff during busy time.

My representative was knowledgeable and patient. I couldn’t ask to change a thing with my visit.

Arrived at store when it opened at 9am and was 3rd in line. One worker was working and was curt with those coming in and most left after hearing wait would be hour and a half . AT&T obviously cares more about than customers. If a 2nd employee hadn't come in at 10 I'd probably still be there. I've had major issues in the past at this store attempting to get promo items when signing up for Direct TV. I had to call and talk to the "manager" SEVERAL times during my workday just to get the promotional VISA gift card. She acted like it was personally coming out of her salary. It wasn't until I found her on Facebook that she complied with the store's promotion. It really made me wonder if employees were keeping promos if customers finally gave up.

Every time I go in there I have to wait for a long period of time to get any help. They need more than one person in there to help others.
