What a pleasure it was working with Dave! As first time home buyers, we had a million questions, mostly asked in random order and at random times throughout the day. And whether by email or phone, Dave Luzi was always there to pick up the phone or quickly respond with a detailed, honest answer. He has extensive knowledge of Litchfield County and things to look for when considering a home and never scoffed at or questioned or tried to push us away from what we might have been interested in (or toward something we might not have been).
